Hello quilt lovers!
I began writing this blog in March of 2011. If any of my followers are still out there, I've missed you and I apologize. My obsession with quilts and textiles of all kinds took a turn when I got serious about writing a novel. All my time and energy went into finishing that.

With the novel completed, I reconnected to quilting and textiles. Recently, I looked to see if my blog was still 'out there' and I found it.! To my horror I came across a whole list of comments to which I had not replied. Apparently, comments need to be 'approved' to be posted. I'm going to change that setting.
I am sorry if you left a comment and got no reply. I thought I was a little bit tech savvy but it's gotten away from me these days. Things are changing so fast.

I continue to quilt and love textiles. I've been having fun with very small projects. A bag of bright scraps was fun to work with and added some pizzazz to batch of potholders -or candle mats - or......??
I'm back to being part of a quilt guild after years of being away. I'm once again enjoying the companionship and inspiration of being with other quilters. I put an article in the monthly Women of The West (WOW) newsletter with a link and explanation of how I got into blogging. (That is the first blog I wrote. Along the right column of the page is the list of posts. Start there - the very first post - to get the story of why I got into blogging.)
